We advise you to please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website and placing an order. The Lace Pharmacy's “Terms of Use” govern the use of this website and the purchase of any products from it. The website is owned and operated by The Lace Pharmacy. You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase, if not you’ll need a guardian’s consent.
If we have been faulty or sent you the wrong order of course we’ll make sure you receive the right order and we will reimburse you for the shipping expenses.
Please note: For countries outside the European Union the total price is including VAT. However, there may be additional local charges such as taxes and customs fees and it’s you as a buyer who is responsible for these.

Force Majeure. No Party shall be liable or responsible to the other Party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make previously owed payments to the other Party hereunder) when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted Party’s (“The Lace Pharmacy”) reasonable control, including, without limitation, the following force majeure events:
Force Majeure Events that frustrates the purpose of this Agreement: (a) Acts beyond our control and cannot be foreseen such as delays on courier end. (b) flood, fire, earthquake or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; (i) epidemic, pandemic or similar influenza or bacterial infection (which is defined by the government as virulent human influenza or infection that may cause global outbreak, or pandemic, or serious illness); (j) emergency state; (k) shortage of adequate medical supplies and equipment; (l) shortage of power or transportation facilities; and (m) other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the Impacted Party.

All pictures and visuals posted on this website and the social media linked to www.thelacepharmacy.com like eg. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and or Facebook (and others) remains the property of The Lace Pharmacy or its licensors if stated otherwise. You are not permitted to take any of the pictures for business, personal use, to publish, manipulate or otherwise reproduce in any format without our permission. Legal action will be taken if these rules are not followed. Bear in mind that variables such as lightning, computer monitor setting, use of flash or the customers modifying their hair can give different appearances.
Independent Relationship
You and The Lace Pharmacy are independent contractors. These Terms of Use will not in whole or in parts establish any partnership or relationship, employment or joint venture between you and The Lace Pharmacy. Neither party will have the power to bind the other or incur obligations on the other’s behalf without the other’s prior written consent.
Liability in the Event of Breach
You as a customer must agree and understand that you will comply with all of the provisions of the Terms of Use on this website. You are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms of Use and for the consequences of any such breach.
Rights Not Waived
You agree that if The Lace Pharmacy does not enforce or exercise any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms of Use, this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of The Lace Pharmacy’s rights. Those rights or remedies will still be available to The Lace Pharmacy.
Severability
If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms of Use without affecting the rest of the Terms of Use. The remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Please note that you are bound to these terms and conditions when entering www.thelacepharmacy.com. These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden and irrespective of your place of domicile. In the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish court. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its copyright, trademarks or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between www.thelacepharmacy.com and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the Swedish Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
