Our hair accessories and tools offer several benefits for wearing lace. Our hotcomb is a must have recommended tool to get the lace to lay flat and to train the hairstrands to lay in the direction you want them to. Our edge brush is perfect for creating sleek and polished edges, while our alligator hair clips provide a secure grip for sectioning and styling. Additionally, our hair extension holder makes it easy to style your hair extensions without the hassle of trying to hold them in place. With our products, you can achieve a variety of hairstyles and looks with your lace wig or extensions.

5. Can I return or exchange your products if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy if the items are in it's original state. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges, but you can follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s).
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our processing time varies between 1-4 working days. For international orders, please allow 5-12 working days for delivery. Within Sweden, delivery time is approximately 1-4 working days. All orders are shipped with the Sweden postal service Postnord, and tracking numbers are provided. Please note that holidays and inclement weather may affect delivery times.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We have a flat rate shipping fee of 200 Swedish Krona (SEK) for international orders. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional local charges, such as taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance requirements vary by country, and customers are responsible for any permits or special paperwork required.
8. What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please first contact the shipping carrier, Postnord, for assistance. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us at thelacepharmacy@gmail.com or +46704567727, and we will do our best to help. We may initiate a trace with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
