Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our hair products, tools, and appliances. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy in accordance with Swedish law. Therefore, you always have the right to cancel your purchase and report errors to us. When using the right of cancellation, you yourself are responsible for any shipping costs for returning the item. You are responsible for the goods being sent back in unaltered condition.

If the original packaging has been damaged, SEK 150 will be charged. All customers are responsible to get the packages from the postoffice. If the package comes back to us as unclaimed you are charged a 400 sek adminstration fee.

Return Conditions:
1. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Adress to post to is: "Oumie Ella Njai" Hagalundsgatan 1, 16965 Solna, Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
3. Any safety seals must remain intact and undamaged.
4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
5. Returns are subject to inspection to ensure compliance with these conditions.

Refund Process:
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days.
3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds are issued for the cost of the product(s) returned, excluding any discounts, promotions, or coupons applied at the time of purchase.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items:
